Abstract: According to the statistic of the distribution network operation, distribution network fault is generally located on line branch, rather than the main line. In view of the structure and characteristics of the current distribution automation system, combining the distribution network reformation and construction practice, this paper puts a comprehensive distribution automation solution that the branch line is equipped with distribution automation terminal which integrates protection and reactive power compensation function. It can achieve the rapid isolation of the distribution network failures and the power supply reliability, and dynamically improve the quality of power supply.

Abstract: Some devices require non-circular parts high surface quality. However, when hardening surfaces of these parts, it is important to choose specific motion control card to keep induction heating spots constant moving. Following mathematical model of constant motion, we program in the computer to control two-type movement of general induction hardening bed in order to achieve linked control of workpiece swing and induction spots linear motion. By test detection we can get relative velocity of induction heating spots unchanged basically and meet the requirements of parts’ induction hardening. This research has very important significance of solving problems of non-circular parts’ surface hardening.

Abstract: Intelligent vehicle is an attractive solution to the traffic problems caused by automobiles. An experimental autonomous driving system based on a slot car set is designed and realized in the paper. With the application of a wireless camera equipped on the slot car, the track information is acquired and sent to the controlling computer. A backpropogation (BP) neural network controller is built to imitate the way of player’s thinking. After being trained, the neural network controller can give the proper voltage instructions to the direct current (DC) motor of the slot car according to different track conditions. Test results prove that the development of the autonomous driving system is successful.

Abstract: Due to the complex working conditions of tractor and its frequent load fluctuation, it is difficult to analyze shift schedule through the traditional approach of building the mathematical model of power train. The paper will applied fuzzy control theory to the shift schedule. The control rules is determined based on the different operating states of tractor. Slip rate which is a important indicator to reflect tractor operation will be introduced as control parameters to research the control strategy of tractor’s powershift antomatic transmisson. The simulation result shows that the method can effectively avoid shift circulation and reduce the shift frequency, which improve the dynamic performance and fuel economy of tractors.

Abstract: The paper presents a review of the sensorless position estimation algorithms which are being adopted by Automobile Air-condition. After analyzing and introducing of the sliding mode variable structure theory and the mathematic model of PMSM, the control strategy based on SMO and its math expression are presented. The simulation model in MATLAB/SIMULINK is established, in which the real rotor position and the estimated rotor position calculated by SMO under dynamic and static state are analyzed. Besides, the principle of sliding gain selection is raised. The simulation provides the theoretical foundation.

Abstract: In order to improve the vehicles steering performance, based on a whole vehicle dynamics model, the electric power steering system(EPS) control strategy is studied under road surface impact condition. An AIS controller is executed on the output current of assist motor hence further improving control effects. Accompanied the methodology of combining the full vehicle model in CarSim and EPS model in MATLAB, this co-simulation model is verified by test data. By comparison yaw rate and slip angle of the results show that: implementing the control of EPS by AIS compensation strategy is an effective way of enhancing the capability of steering and the stability of operation, which can make it more accurate and flexible.

Abstract: This paper briefly analyzed the steering principle and electro-hydraulic control system of four wheel steering (4WS) test platform for construction machinery, and then performed a series of tests in various steering conditions. The experimental data acquisition, processing and analysis were achieved by the testing system so that transfer function of the system has been determined. And then with MATLAB/SIMULINK software the system simulation was given out. The results show that the turning radius of 4WS decreases about 20% than that of traditional two wheel steering (2WS). What’s more, the steering stability of 4WS is greatly improved. The result of this paper has certain theoretical value and good application prospect.

Abstract: Suspension stiffness is influenced by the nonlinear hysteretic characteristic, which has effect on vehicle handling performance. In this paper, the effect of suspension nonlinear hysteretic characteristic is analyzed and described and the effect of characteristic on suspension stiffness and handling performance is indicated by simulating results. Due to suspension stiffness is smaller than nominal stiffness with suspension travel which described by nonlinear hysteretic characteristic model, handling performance is obtained accurately.

Abstract: There are different voltages in car electrical parts, and power switches are achieved by pushing. Electromagnetic radiation which is caused by switches has a great effect on the test components and close power. The voltage caused by Electromagnetic interference could be up to 20V. Controlling panel is established by LabView and power is controlled by Matlab. The test of Car electrical parts is achieved by power. Power output is controlled by panel. Wavelet analysis is used for graphics. Collecting data is more reliable through the BP Network. The error is reduced by 30%. Amplification circuit, anti-mixing and interference circuit and triode switching circuit are designed for remote controlling power and reducing electromagnetic radiation. It raises anti-interference ability. Electromagnetic radiation is mainly focused on 0-60MHz from experiments. According to this frequency brand, we adopted measures for reducing electromagnetic radiation by 8.6dB.
