A New Automatic Detective Method of Traffic Incident

Abstract:

Based on the change of the distance function and mobile direction angle function which are from the vehicle GPS systems, a novel traffic incident automatic detection system is designed in. Not only does the principle of this method is deduced, but the properties and the experiment of this method are analyzed. With the experiment, this novel automatic detective method expresses some advantage properties.
