In the light of civil engineering excellent engineer teaching plan, this paper proposed how to dealing with the relationship of impart knowledge and cultivating ability in the teaching plan formulation, discussed that making teaching plan should not only attach great importance to all-round education, but also make specialized education blend in all-round education; And analyzed example. It has a certain important significance to further explore the training mode of excellence applied civil engineering professionals in the undergraduate course colleges and universities.
