Discuss about Stockholding Reformation of Project Management Enterprises

Abstract:

The construction project management enterprises always encounter a number of problems in the process of rapid development and expansion, and many of the problems are caused by the internal mechanism of enterprises. In order to solve these problems, this paper compared two forms of the different operation effect between limited liability companies and joint stock limited companies. Through continuing exploration of theory and practice, the author believes that, by stockholding reformation on the basis of the corporate system, many of the above problems can be solved with harmony internal relations and activated enterprise impetus, and after that, those enterprises can provide better project management services for the construction market in China.
