Slagging Process Simulation Based on Improved BP Neural Network

Abstract:

The slagging process in high temperature furnace smelting technology was simulated by improved BP neural network. According to the actual production condition, the improved algorithm was applied to determine the optimized neural network structure as 3-5-1 network in slag density prediction. It shows that the slagging process by means of improved BP neural network is feasible. By the simulation of BP neural network, the slag density can be predicted to adjust the proper slag composition, which can be produce high-quality metal products.
