Study on the Double-Layer Structure Thermal Imaging System
Abstract:
The paper mainly researches the positive bi-layered thermal imaging system and its performance of developing. Thermal CTP plate is consist of resin, inhibitational/accelerational resin, infrared dyes and so on. The bi-layer that designed in this article refers to coat water-soluble resin layer on the thermal sensitive coatings. The first layer is water-soluble resin. The second layer is thermal sensitive layer, which has a good capacity of ink reception and resistant of alkali-soluble. This article studies on the match of two-layer resin and the effect of different baking time and different concentration infrared dyes on the alkaline solubility of the film-forming resin and the effect of water-soluble resin when developing. The result proves that with the increase of baking time, the solubility of 29G resin is decline and the soluble time becomes longer. With the increase of the content of infrared dyes, the solubility of 29G resin is decline and the rate of decline is becoming rapid and the time of completely dissolved is becoming longer.
