Abstract:

The characteristics, law and trend of commercial negotiation are expounded in this text. The commercial negotiation is the bridge of the commodity production and consumption. It is also the guaranty of the distributing and exchanges. The commercial negotiation compound factor forecasting model application study has been expounded under the Chinese new market economy conditions. By way of the application of the compound factors forecasting model, the market operating principle of "The government is leading and the market is operating" was got finally. The society hot resource is fully used. The environment is improved. And the society effect of resident welfare index etc. had been raised. It is final by way of using commercial negotiation compound factor forecasting model to have gained the multilateral double win result.
