Abstract: This paper presents a early mode decision algorithm, which is proposed to reduce the complexity of the mode selection process for enhancement layers in H.264 Scalable Video Coding. The proposed algorithm consists of the following three main steps. We firstly divide all the macroblocks into 4 classes according to the mode of collocated macroblocks in the base layer. Then, the macroblocks are subdivided with trained BP (Back Propagation) network according to the mode of neighboring macroblocks. Finally, we choose different mode selection algorithms for different divided cases, and check whether the algorithms are agreeable. Compared to JSVM 9.18, experiment results show that, with this algorithm, 30% encoding time can be saved with a negligible loss in BDSNR, and BDBR can be significantly reduced.

Abstract: SWDC aerial camera series,developed and produced independently by our country, uses the automatic exposure to replace artificial manual exposure and the high precision fixed-point exposure to replace time exposure. So that we need our own design of perturbation site and the data interface which is suitable for the operating system of automatic exposure. What we should do is to research the things routes, north-south routes as well as inclined routes, and come up with computer algorithm after ascertaining the parameters of the aerial camera, measured area and plotting scale. In order to examine the perturbation sites, we have designed the algorithm and made it accessible.

Abstract: This article briefly introduces that the blast blower shaft fault diagnosis and prediction based on wavelet analysis. When the blast furnace operation of axial fan of vibration signal de-noising and singularity analysis, the fan operation state for real-time monitoring, timely find fault information and fault point, guarantee the safety, stability of the blast blower operation. Through the data with Matlab simulation effective, is that the wavelet analysis used in blast furnace fan axis of the fault diagnosis of feasibility.

Abstract: Conduction transfer function (CTF) is widely used to calculate conduction heat transfer in building cooling/heating load and energy calculations. It can conveniently fit into any load and energy calculation techniques to perform conduction heat transfer calculations. There are two popular methods, state-space (SS) method and frequency-domain regression (FDR) method to calculate CTF coefficients. The limitation of methodology possibly results in imprecise or false CTF coefficients. This paper analyzes the errors of two methods to the material properties of a single-layer and a multilayer heavyweight building construction. The results show that the calculation error of SS method becomes increasing as the wall characteristic parameter becomes increasing. The maximal error even reaches almost 100%. However, the calculation error of FDR method always remains within 1% no matter how the wall characteristic parameters are varied. Thus, FDR method is more robust and reliable than SS method.

Abstract: According to the architecture characteristics of the grain storage system and the main factors influencing the safety of the grain storage, this paper has proposed a two layers data fusion system based on multi-sensors grain storage monitoring technique, which is used to identify the safety of the storage. The first layer including data extraction and encoding, the second layer is mainly built up by the improved BP NN. The results show that the system can fully fuse the data collected by the sensors and realize the real-time safety monitoring of the grain storage.

Abstract: A new method to generate radar air intelligent information by using data mining techniques based on historical radar data is proposed. This method has two stages: One is “filtering separation - piecewise fitting - feature clustering". In this stage, the radar historical data is divided into the actual true track and noise. Through computing the second-order discrete curvature, the actual true track is decomposed into several segments, such as straight line and arc, which are fitted with multinomial subsequently. On this basis, after analyzing the characteristic vector of radar historical data, the clustering database is established; the other is “feature association-track recombination”. The track in pre-deigned air scenario is segmented by the second-order discrete curvature. After the correlative feature information of the segmented scenario is searched, matched and associated with the information in clustering database, a new track will be restructured by using this output results. This method is very available for its effective application in simulation test-bed of C3I system.

Abstract: Fixed point computation plays an important role in the field of engineering calculation. Rounding errors often cause no convergence for iteration sequence or results distortion in many fixed point iterative method. In this paper, we prove the strong convergence of an iterative method for finding a common element of the set of olutions of mixed equilibrium problems and the set of fixed points of a finite family of nonexpansive mappings under some suitable conditions. Result presented in this paper improves and extends the recent known results in this area.

Abstract: In this paper, the basic principle of the ring oscillator accelerometer has been analysed. According to the characteristics of low-frequency signal of ring oscillator accelerometer output, the methods to measure the low frequency of the sensor output signal by measure period is proposed and simulated the comparator circuit. Finally, we design and simulate all measure circuits and the results and theory in line with the good.

Abstract: This study surveyed and collected the urban trunk traffic flow data of Bayi South/North Street in Jinhua. The section between two crossings-- Fengting Rd. VS Bayi North St. and Huixi St. VS Bayi North St. (World Trade Hotel) was set as a representative example. It analyzed sections and intersection traffic flow characteristics at the weekday evening peak hour (5:00 to 6:00 pm), evaluated the congestion situation, proposed the further improve measures. Then the effectiveness of the promote measures were evaluated by applying software VISSIM simulation of trunk road traffic. The results will benefit to raise the urban trunk traffic system capacity, better the traffic jams situation, optimize transportation planning and management measures, and further the sustainable development along the urban trunk.
