Abstract: Video signal is a highly compressed signal due to the restricted bandwidth of the Network. However, the compressed bitstreams are very sensitive to channel errors. In this work, a novel algorithm is presented for repairing damaged DCT coded images while decoding/transcoding an error bitstream. The algorithm first estimates the edge direction in a damaged block by considering edge features in its neighborhoods, where the features in each neighborhood are detected by only using two low frequency DCT coefficients in the block. And then the damaged block is reconstructed under smoothness constraint along the edge direction. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can obtain better subjective and objective quality than conventional algorithm.

Abstract: Ball mill load monitoring and rational parameters setting are important to ensure the ball mill long-term stable operation. Although vibration and acoustic signal of shell contain plenty of information about mill load, it is difficult to select the feature of them in time domain. Due to the high dimensionality and colinearity, models based on frequency spectrum are complex and with a low generalization and the irrelevant spectral variables deteriorate their quality. This paper use Synergy Interval Partial Least-Squares Regression(SiPLS) to select the feature frequency bands of vibration and acoustical, which are directly relevant to the parameters of ball mill load, and build effective prediction models. The experimental platform combines the strengths of MATLAB with the benefits of C#.net to implement the functions of frequency feature selection, feature modeling and load parameters prediction. Test results show that the platform selects the frequency spectrum feature effectively, and the generalization of mill load models are improved.

Abstract: Enhance spectral fusion quality is the one of most significant targets in the field of remote sensing image fusion. In this paper, a statistical model based fusion method is proposed, which is the improved method for fusing remote sensing images on the basis of the framework of Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and wavelet decomposition-based image fusion. PCA is applied to the source images. In order to retain the entropy information of data, we select the principal component axes based on entropy contribution(ECA). The first entropy component and panchromatic image(PAN) are performed a multiresolution decompositon using wavelet transform. The low frequency subband fused by weighted aggregation approach and high frequency subband fused by statistical model. High resolution multispectral image is then obtained by an inverse wavelet and ECA transform. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can retain the spectral information and spatial information in the fusion of PAN and multi-spectral image(MS).

Abstract: With the increasing attention of textile, the wear resistance of the fabric is more and more important today. The wear resistance is judged by the sample and standard sample according to sensory contrast complete, but this approach has repeated poor consistency. The subjective factors of testers influence the result heavily. So the powerful image processing tools of MATLAB was used in the analysis of fabrics image processing. By image read, display and interception, image preprocessing, and feature extraction value, the eigenvalues of total area of the hair bulb, maximum area of the hair bulb, and hair bulb number were obtained. After the improved minimum distance discrimination method was used to determine the level of wear resistance by computer. Tests show that fabrics wear resistance level can be judged quickly, accurately and automatically.

Abstract: The paper analyses the status and some problems of aquiculture in china, and makes use of industrial control fieldbus and Intranet technology to achieve the hardware and software design and control strategies of factory aquaculture, and applies WEB server and database server and browser to form the management system of environment control and production process. The system can realize real-time control of dissolved oxygen and temperature and PH in pond, and make them stabilize in optimum value, and remarkably improve productivity. The test results have proved that the system is simply operated and good controlling performance; the system can save energy, and provide the practicable measures for aquiculture.

Abstract: Recently, the phase microscopy imaging (PMI) got more and more application in phase body observing. In this article, we put out one off-axis interferometry adding method utilizing amplification of optical microscope (OM), in which, one device was designed by improving Mach-Zehnder optical structure in order to suit with the structure of OM. A wrapped phase image could be got by this system base on Hilbert off-axis interferometry method. The experimental results of samples (one glass grating and polystyrene micro particle) show that unwrapping images retrieval the shape and structure of phase bodies and the system works well. The improved optical microscope system can observe both opacity specimens and translucent specimens.

Abstract: A novel method to eliminate nonlinearity error in heterodyne interferometer is studied in the paper. A simple phase compensation system is built and the nonlinearity error is eliminated by rotating the polarizer in front of the optical detector in interferometer according to phase difference signal. The experiments demonstrate that the method is available to eliminate one-order or high-order nonlinearity in heterodyne interferometer. The effects to decrease nonlinearity error depend on high measuring precision of phase difference and high control precision of the rotating polarizer.

Abstract: The software of the catalytic distillation process of methyl tertiary butyl ether was developed by using Process Simulation System Platform. The isobutylene conversion rate was calculated by using the catalytic distillation software. The relative error of isobutylene conversion rate between the simulation results and the design data from the China Petroleum Hohhot Petrochemical Co. was less than 5%. The relative error satisfies industrial design requirements. At present, enterprise workers use this software to learn how to operate the catalytic distillation process. The catalytic distillation software is further used to study the influence of reaction temperature and reflux ratio on the isobutylene conversion rate which can be used for future empirical model development and control studies.

Abstract: AC stray current can cause AC corrosion and destroy the safe operation of buried pipelines, which comes mainly from nearby high voltage transmission lines and AC electric railway. The research and evaluation lags far behind DC stray current at home and abroad, besides, the AC current density measuring procedures are complex. Through experimental study of different parameters on the impact of the AC current density established a mathematical model of damaged area, soil resistivity, pipe-to-soil potential and coating resistivity. With it can indirectly get the AC current density, which improve efficiency by simplifying the measuring procedures. Also, provide a basis for harmfulness evaluation of AC stray current by studying the impact of AC current density on the corrosion rate.

Abstract: A measurement apparatus for vacuum material outgassing rates was developed, which was mainly composed of four systems, including pumping system, switching between two pumping paths(SPP) measurement system, constant volume measurement system, bake heating and light irradiation heating system. The ultimate pressure, 10-9Pa, was thus obtained in the UHV chamber by combining the magnetically levitated turbo pump with mechanical pump. The test principles of constant volume method and SPP method were described, and several vacuum material outgassing rates such as copper were tested at room temperature. The lower measurement limiting value of apparatus can be extended to 10-12 Pam3s-1cm-2.
