Abstract: For the environment of using the navigation lights and its requirement, a distributed fault monitoring system on the navigation lights is designed. The three-layer structure with slave station and master station and Voyage Data Recorder is employed in the system, which can monitor broken wire fault, short circuit fault and power failure on navigation lights. The mature RS485 communication circuit is adopted in communication interface not only between the master and the slave, but also between the master and VDR (Voyage Data Recorder). The master station gets the information of all navigation lights from the slave stations, and sends these received data to VDR after being processed. The system has been successfully applied in practice, and can effectively monitor the state of the navigation lights and give the alarm information when in fault. In addition, the monitoring system can quickly and accurately trace the fault position and type, so the navigation lights can be maintain timely.

Abstract: This study build AHP model to optimize pricing structure factors for the managerial benefit of the suppliers. For the suppliers that it tend to be more reactive than fixed price or simple average price in investing of market share approach. With a straightforward and natural reformulation of weighted pricing structure in terms of perspectives, the AHP evaluation shows that weighted method, especially distribution and price weighted method, can maintain more profit than simple method or single price calculation. This result help the suppliers pay more attention to price control.

Abstract: This paper deals with the problem of observer-based fault estimation for a class of linear systems with multi time-delay. The key of this paper is the introduction of a generalized coordinate transform, such that in the new coordinates, all the time-delay terms are injected by the system’s input and output. Based on the new obtained system expression, the design of fault estimator is formulated in the framework of H∞ filtering by incorporating the prior knowledge of fault into the design procedure, and the dynamics of the estimation error is converted into a general linear time invariant form with generalized unknown input time-delay terms. Based on the bounded real lemma, the observer gain matrix is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequality. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: Aiming at a three-axis stabilized microsatellite, a novel attitude control method, called magnetorquer based vertical damping, is proposed to avoid the occurrence of the worst situation that the non-solar-battery-plane spins towards the sun. DSP based simulation results based on DSP show that the vertical damping method outperforms the simple damping method when no orbit information is available, simultaneously the whole attitude control scheme is simple and effective. The proposed solution guarantees a stable power supply from the electrical source even under the extreme situation, which improves the reliability of the whole microsatellite system.

Abstract: This paper designs the pitch controller synthesis to ensure the stability and the controllability in the whole regions as the power grid scheduling instructions. Because of the wind speed measurement and accurate system model are hard to obtain, the range that the actual working point deviating from the balance point is very large, so that the system dynamic performance cannot be described with linear time variable (LTI). This paper utilizes the linear matrix inequalities' techniques (LMI) to design LPV (linear parameter varying) gain-scheduled controllers based on criteria, which provide guarantees of stability performances along the whole reference trajectory. The LPV pitch controller replaces the traditional speed controller to dynamically compensate the pitch angle. According to the errors between the power grid scheduling instructions and measuring the output power, power controller adjusts generator torque to achieve the adjustable power in the whole regions. In view of unmodeled dynamics and wind speed random disturbance, the feed forward linearization. robust pitch regulation using extended state observer (ESO) is proposed to restrain comprehensive disturbances. The proposed controller is seen to be more efficient.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of real-time simulation of vehicle dynamics. Dynamic model of tracked vehicle was built in Vortex. Base class of vehicle was secondary developed to apply torque to the sprockets directly. Finally, dynamics model of electric drive tracked vehicle was established. Under different conditions,the dynamics real-time simulation was carried out. The results showed that the vehicle dynamic simulation in Vortex ensures high accuracy and also has a good real-time.

Abstract: The supper high-power and high-voltage motors are characterized by high staring current, low power factor and a large number of higher harmonic currents. Under different loads, the parameters such as the staring current, reactive power consumption, and harmonic current, are nonlinear, variable and coupling. Therefore, a novel soft starting method of super high-power and high-voltage motor is presented in this paper, to achieve quick and smooth motor starting; keep the power factor and the 5th harmonic current in permitted ranges. The following works have been done in the study: design the structure, analyze the principle and advance a cooperative control method of the system to integrate voltage-adjusting, current-limiting, dynamic compensation and harmonic filtering. The soft starter of super high-power and high-voltage motor developed with this method has been successfully applied to the fans load of 10kV, 21000kW, and got the better effect.

Abstract: In order to monitor real-time running state and solve the overloaded security issues of tower crane, the monitoring critical parameters of tower crane are analyzed and the structure about tower crane safety monitoring and protection system based on the ARM and multi-sensor is concluded. The software system was designed with the modular structure and multithread technology and friendly interface were designed, which show the real-time key information of tower crane safety monitoring and protection system. The system was verified in Xiang Tan Jiang Lu Electric Group Company Limited and the working stability of sensors and real time display function of the acquisition information system were tested. Abstract: Self-operating differential pressure control valves has been widely used in HVAC system because of its unique control functions .For the research and development of the valves, a large number of performance parameters such as flow-resistance and controlled pressure difference are required.This paper proposed a multi-functional fluid apparatus on the basis of virtual instrument technology and variable frequency technology which can achieve continuous sampling of the test point.The measurement method and valve characteristics analysis are also practised.
