Abstract: Assuming the clearness and cloudless weather in Beijing area, the received solar radiation power is simulated according to three different auto-tracking solar systems and fixed solar system by Matlab. The tracking intervals of three different auto-tracking solar systems are separately 60mins, 30mins and 10mins. The daily mean solar radiation, the monthly mean solar radiation and the yearly mean solar radiation are simulated for three auto-tracking solar systems and fixed solar system. The simulation results can be used as the auto-tracking solar system design reference for engineers, and helpful for solar system optimizing.

Abstract: Considering the status of the modern road transport system, traffic signal control for isolated intersection is studied in this paper. A traffic signal control method for six-phase intersection is proposed in this paper, aiming at reducing the average waiting time of vehicles. A two-stage fuzzy controller for this method is designed in the paper. This method takes into account not only the traffic condition of the current prevailing phase and the next phase, but also the traffic demand of the vehicle flow that turn right, non-motorized traffic flow and pedestrian. Taking the average waiting time of vehicles as the evaluation index, we make simulations on the control method proposed above. The result for the simulation shows that the performance of this method is superior to that of the timing signal control method.

Abstract: Rapid thermal cycle injection molding technology with steam heating can solve the defect in routine injection process thoroughly, such as short shot, jetting and weld lines etc, it is widely used in large injection mold with high forming quality requirements. In this paper, temperature control system of rapid thermal cycle injection moulds with steam heating of display shell is designed. First, give the overall dimension of display shell, heating and cooling method and the layout scheme. Second, give the control scheme and control parameter of display shell mold temperature. Last, the hardware, software, temperature control algorithm and human-computer interface of temperature control system is designed detailed after the type of PLC and design software of human-computer are chosen.

Abstract: Group shop has the character of job shop and open shop, one robot is used to transport material, and the robotic cell produces multiple types of parts for a long time. In order to improve throughput, or minimize the cycle time, we establish the model of robotic cell, develop optimizing algorithm, and do computational experiments to find the better activity sequence for the robot.

Abstract: Aiming at the status of steering linkage with more work station requirements but low working, a set of steering linkage processing autoproductline system based on PLC is developed. The system has the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, easy to use and simple program. It achieves all the automatic production of charging, radial facing, chamfering, reaming, tapping, grooving and blanking, decreases the work intensity of worker and improves production efficiency and qualified rate of product greatly.

Abstract: The paper come up with a design method about remote and intelligent monitoring system of heat-exchanging station, It adopted fuzzy controller to compute the given temperature of secondary water supply, and used fuzzy PID controller to regulate the valves opening degree, two controllers were built in Matlab software Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, the system adopted Profibus-DP to communicate, and used WinCC configuration software and GPRS communication module to supervise the main parameters of heat-exchanging station, the parameters included temperature and pressure of the secondary water supply. This design enhances intelligentized level and real-time control. And the design also can provide technical support for the similar system.

Abstract: To balance three-phase loads in distribution network with abundant of single-phase loads, the idea of three-phase adjustment and wiring method is proposed in this paper. Three-phase adjustment controller is designed, and the least load adjustment strategy is proposed, which can adjust the three-phase load to roughly balance automatically. The system can solve the serious three-phase unbalance problem of the lines with single-phase load, which may instead of capacitive compensation in low voltage distribution network. It can improve power quality and reduce network losses.

Abstract: This paper aimed to investigate the unrelated parallel-machine scheduling with deteriorating jobs and rejection. The objective is to find the rejected jobs, the non-rejected jobs, and the optimal non-rejected job sequence so that the cost function that includes the weighted of total load, total completion time, and total absolute deviation of completion time plus the total penalty of the rejected jobs would be minimized. Results showed that the problem is polynomial time solvable when the number of machine is fixed.

Abstract: In order to study the impact of vehicle attitude changes on stability, vehicle attitude control simulation model based on soft and hard damping characteristics was built. The model was applied to simulate vehicle straight driving and turning driving, thus simulating various vehicle attitudes in driving. The simulation results show that this model was correct and the control algorithm was feasible; the damping impact on a variety of vehicle attitudes in the driving process can be simulated in advance by adjusting the damping; and the changes of soft and hard damping adjustable shock absorber damping can effectively change the vehicle riding comfort and handling stability.

Abstract: A multi-level-objective-oriented method for coordination and control of voltage/reactive power in distribution network is proposed. By referring to the demand for integrated voltage and reactive power control between county and district power network, three-level objective include regional voltage control of the gate area, gate power factor control and reactive control within the power station of the gate area. The control strategy of the adjusting unit based on the nine-zone theory is analyzed, and then the correspondence between the global AVQC and local VQC is discovered, based on which the optimal and suboptimal control strategy of the adjusting unit are proposed. Finally, three steps including urgently cutting off the capacitors, combinatorial control of the capacitors and combinational control of the transformer stalls are taken one after another to realize the coordination and control over the voltage and reactive power between the superior and inferior power network. This method is implemented in the AVQC system of TianJin Chengxi grid, which operates stably and has gained good effect.
