Abstract: A Two-Unit system with connecting and disconnecting effect is studied in this paper. By the method of Functional analysis strong continuous semi-group, the paper analyzes the restriction of essential spectral growth bound of the system operator. The restriction of essential spectral growth bound of the system operator and the change of the essential spectral radius after perturbation is analyzed. The essential spectral radius of the system operator is also discussed before and after perturbation. The results show that under some conditions the dynamic solution of the system is exponential stability and tends to the steady solution of the system. At last, we analyze the reliability of the system.

Abstract: Focusing on the study of the application of voice single-chip microcomputer of pedestrian voice unit in electric vehicles, this paper mainly discusses and analyzes that how to drive the voice chip of pedestrian voice unit. Acted as voice part of pedestrian voice unit in electric vehicles, voice single-chip microcomputer is used not only to achieve the better quality and stability, but also to play voice assembly and insert perfect mute by using the related voice chip software compared to the other similar simulate voice. This paper proposes the solution of installing pedestrian voice unit that eliminates radically the potential safety hazard of “being too quiet” in electric vehicles, thereby further promotes the popularization of electric vehicles.

Abstract: The scheduling of supercomputer resource can greatly affect the computing speed of simulation and improve the efficiency of resource. This paper raise a design of resource scheduling architecture, which has centralized- control and distributed agent design. Aiming at the importance of tasks, a self-adapted scheduling policy way of computing resource is presented, which is used for service differentiation. Then key algorithms are described. Finally, simulation results prove the effect of our policy design.

Abstract: This paper focuses on integrated development of high-speed lapping technology, expert system and network technology. Data mining objects are high-speed lapping experiments and previous experiences, in the plane high-speed lapping processing; the network technology is embedded in NC machine, through inputting the processing requirements of the work piece surface roughness, and the network expert system reasons out the appropriate processing parameters to insure precise high speed lapping.

Abstract: Analysis on observability of tracking system is the premise and basis of target tracking. Only if the observable condition is fulfilled could the system have correct solution and the effective tracking of target could be realized. Aiming at the nonlinear characteristic of non-maneuvering target tracking system based on multiple observers range-only, the observable condition of judging for this system could be obtained and the correctness of the conclusion is verified by simulation.

Abstract: Safety valves play very important role in protecting the safety of hydraulic support in coal mine. However, its development is greatly limited by the corresponding test bench for the dynamic experiment. In this paper, an experimental system for testing the dynamic performance of the safety valve with rated pressure up to 50MPa and rated flow rate up to 2000L/min, is introduced. Based on AMEsim software, modeling and simulation on the designed system is carried out. Some parameters of the system are also analyzed and their influences to the tested valve’s dynamic performance are obtained by simulation. It is found that the designed system, which adopting the combination of a piston and a plunger cylindersas well as accumulators, can fulfill the demands of the relevant standard. Among all the investigated factors, both the volume and pre-charged gas pressure of the accumulators have optimum values matching with the other parameters of the system. The stroke of the plunger cylinder, the rated flow rates of the cartridge valve and its pilot control valve, are required to be higher than a certain value to avoid negative effects on the dynamic performance of the tested valve. The research presented in this paper is helpful to the design of the test system.

Abstract: The acceleration process was studied in the form of co-simulation. The diesel engine model and water-jet pump model were derived and presented respectively in AMESim & Simulink. The engine acceleration parameters are calculated through the simulation which ran taking operation restricted zone of the pump as a constraint.

Abstract: In conventional “flow control valve and travel switch” control strategy, relative height difference between multiple cylinders only reach accuracy of centimetre grade, which can’t meet synchronous control accuracy requirements of many engineering. In order to improve multiple cylinders synchronous accuracy of the hydraulic lifting system, this paper takes a hydraulic lifting system as basis, which studies PID closed loop control system using electro-hydraulic proportional valve and high-precision displacement accuracy sensor, and the synchronous accuracy of 4 cylinders hydraulic lifting system is improved to millimetre grade.

Abstract: In electrospinning at high voltage, material temperature, the distance between needle and collecting plate and the situation on pushing on material within needle are factors affecting the spinning quality. The paper used the microcontroller as the core, adopted the stepping motor to regulate collecting plate position driving machinery, got feedback by the displacement sensor. During the spinning process, using the infrared temperature probe to measure the needle, meanwhile controlling miniature stepper motor to advance material within needle in constant speed driving piston. The experimental results show that the system has high control accuracy, temperature accuracy can achieve 0.1°C, spinning interval is 1cm and control accuracy is 0.05mm. It provides technical support for a comprehensive, in-depth a electrospinning research.
