The Design and Research of Steering Linkage Automatic Process Based on PLC

Abstract:

Aiming at the status of steering linkage with more work station requirements but low working, a set of steering linkage processing autoproductline system based on PLC is developed. The system has the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, easy to use and simple program. It achieves all the automatic production of charging, radial facing, chamfering, reaming, tapping, grooving and blanking, decreases the work intensity of worker and improves production efficiency and qualified rate of product greatly.
