The Remote Intelligence Supervisory System of Heat-Exchanging Station Design and Implementation

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper come up with a design method about remote and intelligent monitoring system of heat-exchanging station, It adopted fuzzy controller to compute the given temperature of secondary water supply, and used fuzzy PID controller to regulate the valves opening degree, two controllers were built in Matlab software Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, the system adopted Profibus-DP to communicate, and used WinCC configuration software and GPRS communication module to supervise the main parameters of heat-exchanging station, the parameters included temperature and pressure of the secondary water supply. This design enhances intelligentized level and real-time control. And the design also can provide technical support for the similar system.
