Abstract: The device is composed of solar battery, power automatic switching, high pressure booster inverter, dielectric-barrier discharge type ozonizer, air compressor and microporous aerator components, whicn is powered by the double power suppl y modes including the solar battery and the city electricity. In the conditions of insufficient illumination or rainy weather, power can switch to the city electricity automatically. The article introduces the composition and working principle of solar ozonizer. The experiment is respectively done in the sample of the second phase of water from BaoDingYingdingzhuang sewage plant, the urban river water and the dyeing effluent with 1500 ml.The power of the solar energy ozonizer is 18W and ozone production is 25 mg/min. The experiment results show that the removal rate of Fecal coliform, Chroma and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) are obviously improved. Especially, the removal effect of Fecal coliform and Chroma is very significant. The experiment indicates that the content of NH3-N has increased with the growth of ozone contact time.

Abstract: For the frequency detection by using chaotic oscillator, in this paper, the results which are under the influence of the sampling frequency on the basis of theory that the output variance of the system will reach a maximum when the reference frequency equals to the signal frequency are analyzed. Experiments have indicated that the accuracy rate of the results will be improved and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) threshold will be reduced by increasing the sampling frequency to a certain degree. Besides, we have a further research on detecting the frequency of a signal with an initial phase based on the theory mentioned above, simulation experimental results have verified the output variance still has a drastic change when the reference frequency is equal to the signal frequency.

Abstract: Based on the equivalent simplified model of the vibrating beam, the equivalent RLC circuit of vibrating-beam-type resonant accelerometer is described in detail, which shows that equivalent circuit contains a variable capacitances and a variable resistances due to the acceleration. Using the electromechanical coupling factor presented here and the mode function of the transverse deflection vibration of the double clamped beam, the equivalent parameters of the accelerometer with the size of the beam and comb are derived. These results are the bases of designing the drive /sense circuit of the vibrating-beam-type accelerometer.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and speed of the color detection, to comparative analysis on skin color detection in the clustering of nine color space and regularity of distribution area, and some meaningful conclusions are discovered that the XYZ color space is suitable to do skin color two-dimensional threshold segmentation while the HSV、HIS、HSL is suitable to do one-dimensional threshold segmentation on tonal H component. A new color space xy-H is constructed for color detection using those conclusions which were discovered. The results show that it has significantly improved for color diction.

Abstract: Dynamic programming is a very powerful algorithmic paradigm which solves a problem by identifying subproblems and tackling them one by one. First the smallest are solved, and then using their answers, it can be figured out larger ones, until the whole lot of them is solved. This paper presents a control strategy for hybrid electric vehicles, based on the dynamic programming, applied in MATLAB, Simulink environment, using ADVISOR. It was tried this method due to the calculation speed of the suitable torque and speed required from the engine, considering the driver power request (torque and speed), and the state of charge (SOC) of the batteries. Using the fuel converter (FC) fuel map, and the remaining SOC of the battery pack, it was designed an algorithm that will chose at each time the required torque and speed from the first and second source of power.

Abstract: The operation control of the micro-grid system is the foundation to protect micro-grid equipment, to realize associate control and optimize economic operation. Looking on Chenjiazhen micro-grid in Shanghai as model, the paper set three hierarchical controls: protection control, micro-grid coordinated controller control which can achieve millisecond time precision and intelligent community energy management system control. Different level control function has been divided. Control functions in all levels complement each other and collaborate together to achieve the coordination and control of micro-grid running.

Abstract: Combining ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm with back-propagation (BP) algorithm, the ACO-BP algorithm is proposed to optimize shift decision based on the vehicle velocity, the vehicle acceleration and the throttle opening. Both BP local search capability and global search ability of ACO are utilized, where ACO is used to train the BP network weights and thresholds. Experimental results show that the proposed automatic transmission shift control system has good capability of gear recognition, and can make shift decision promptly and effectively.

Abstract: In view of the constant pressure water supply system with multi-parameter、non-linear and large delay characteristics, this paper employs PLC and the technology of frequency conversion control, and introduces fuzzy control technology to perform constant pressure water supply. The controller can automatically adjust the parameters online, i.e., according to the different work conditions, the controller can choose the proper control parameter, so that the water pressure regulation in water supply system will obtain effective control. The simulation results and the practical application show that our fuzzy controller achieves competitive performance: the faster response, reduced overshoot, greatly shortened transient time, the fewer oscillation, strong robustness and good stability, which can improve efficiency and bring cost saving.

Abstract: Introduction the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad, depth analysis of the development characteristics and charging for electric service business model. Determine the functional requirements for the electric vehicles scaled operation monitoring management platform, and then presents a platform design ideas. Abstract layered architecture design of platform according to functional features, the platform is divided into the user layer, application layer, service layer and communication layer, followed concrete realization of every layer, while put forward plug-in design thinking as well as providing the data source service concept, in order to meet users to expand and upgrade requirements for the platform and continue extension of the platform services. Through on-site engineering applications, the platform has achieved satisfactory results.
