Abstract: An impact event is a complex phenomenon that includes the interaction between projectile and structure, motion of the projectile and the dynamics of the structure. Complete modeling of an impact event can always be done using a 3D finite element model, The Finite Element Model(FEM) approach is often very costly both from modeling and calculation duration point of views, so it can be simplified by using simplified impact models, It can be used for the estimation of the contact force history. In this paper, firstly, analyze the current situation of the study of the collision of the home and abroad , secondly, Ocean Bottom Seismometer(OBS) whereabouts and hit the bottom are analyzed in detail, and finally come to the impact solution formulas.

Abstract: An optimization of multi-varieties and small-batch of production scheduling is proposed, which is embodied the utilization ratio of equipment. First, the production scheduling model with multi-varieties and small-batch is improved by adding a new constraint. Second, the feeding behavior, clustering and rear collision of artificial fish algorithm are improved in order to describe the multi-varieties and small-batch of production scheduling. Finally, the optimizing results influenced by iteration times and quantity of artificial fish are analyzed. The experiments show that the utilization ratio of equipments are nearly same and the Man Hour is decreased obviously while the optimization method is used, which testifies the validity of the new optimization method.

Abstract: Knowledge entities can be divided into egoists and altruists based on the various behaviors of tacit knowledge entities out of bounded rationality in the knowledge sharing process. Focusing on the evolvement of tacit knowledge entities’ sharing behavior among organizations, this paper chose knowledge sharing benefits and knowledge sharing costs as control parameters, and a tacit knowledge sharing model based on Cellular Automaton was proposed. Effects of the two control parameters on knowledge sharing behaviors and strategies were simulated with NetLogo, a professional simulation software, and related suggestions were put forward based on the results, which would enhance the tacit knowledge sharing among organizations.

Abstract: In this paper, the issue of high-end oriented development in electronic information manufacturing industry is discussed. Based on the view of modularity, industrial value chain and driving forces have been analyzed to understand the basic law and motivation in development process. According to ‘visible design rules’ and ‘hidden design parameters’ in the modular system, the path modal of high-end oriented development has been built, which indicates that the synergetic effect, high-tech and high added value can be obtained by building and enhancing the synergy process and technological innovation.

Abstract: The two-point multi-section method has higher precision than two-point correction algorithm and had lower operation load than multi-point correction algorithm. We realized the two-point multi-section method by the use of FPGA hardware module.

Abstract: the existing fault diagnosis system in fault detection aspects of Boeing 737 A/P is effective, but in fault isolation aspects performance is poor, therefore using ANN technology need to improve its diagnosis system. A/P for the typical fault, the three layers feed forward artificial neural network structure, this paper introduces the conjugate gradient BP algorithm and gives the diagnosis results. Diagnosis results show that artificial neural network can accurately identify system three typical faults, improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and fault isolation capability.

Abstract: For the current encountered difficulties in UE-to-UE one-way delay test of VoIP business, this paper introduces a test system to measure the one-way delay between two user equipments (UE). The paper shows that the key to implement this system is that we make different UE obtain time information from the same computer instead of the traditional time synchronization process. Thus, we need a server in the core network to realize the function of packet forwarding. Moreover, when VoIP business is running, the packets from UE should be captured in order to calculate the time difference between the sender and the receiver. The purpose of this system is to provide a test solution of VOIP UE-to-UE delay.

Abstract: With the rapid development and expansion of Taizhou Enze Medical Center, the original management model is lack of an effective way, such as knowledge gain and accumulation, the knowledge exchange and sharing, etc.. To improve the cooperativity of knowledge among inter-hospital or inter-departmental, realize knowledge share and deposit and comprehensively improve the efficiency, our medical center engaged Shanghai Visionsoft to build Enze Collaborative Knowledge Management Platform (CKMP). The main function modules of CKMP include information release platform, business process platform, project management platform, communication platform, subject column and other kinds of knowledge map. Now, CKMP becomes a good vehicle to improve work efficiency, enhance organizational memory and build a learning organization. However, CKMP can't be done in a short time. It is a process of long term accumulation, in which unremitting efforts are indispensable.

Abstract: The traditional MC supply chain only set up single CODP. Some scholars set multiple CODPs in supply chain in theory, so the inventory becomes more complicated. The paper firstly analyzes the inventory in MC supply chain with single CODP and multi-CODP, then builds inventory simulation modeling of supply chain with single CODP and multi-CODP based on system dynamics. Finally, uses the case of turbine production and related data to simulate and demonstrate. Actually, the total inventory at the CODP of single CODP chain is less, while the total work in progress of multi-CODP supply chain is less. And the total work in progress of supply chain with multi-CODP controls better.
