Abstract: With the rapid development of computer and Internet technologies, users increasingly demand for more individualistic information. In the era of Internet, it has become an important task for academic libraries of agriculture to construct a suitable information service system and to integrate various resources, so as to enable users to have access to individualistic information system.

Abstract: City Emergency Management System Results (CEMSR) is very important to city disaster to reduce casualties and property loss. BP neural network evaluates CEMSR. And CEMSR practical evaluation procedures are obtained. In this paper SPSS neural network toolbox was used to design and calculation the network. The model error achieve a acceptable range, through training and texting a lot of study samples. Instance verified this method accuracy and operability. Further, a new method can be provided for the relevant government’s authorities which evaluate the city emergency management system results.

Abstract: A meshless element-free Galerkin method (EFGM) which is applicable to arbitrary shapes but requires only nodal data is applied to two-dimensional steady-state ground-coupled heat transfer problems. The soil layer around underground constructions is modeled as a homogeneous medium and as a layered soil with two layers. Variational method is utilized to obtain the discrete equations. Moving least squares (MLS) approximants are used to construct the shape functions. Lagrange multiplier technique is employed to enforce the essential boundary conditions. The calculation precision of EFGM is validated by comparing EFGM results with those obtained by finite element method (FEM). EFGM reduce considerably the preparation of the model. EFGM is very appropriate for the ground-coupled heat transfer problems.

Abstract: Grass-root Agro-technique extension plays an important role to the development of “Three Rural Issues”, modern information technology can promote the work of Agro-technique extension. This paper mainly introduce the things what we have done in order to promote the service and management work of Agro-technique extension. Through the establishment of information platform and distribution information equipments, provide the direct service to agro-technique promoters, agriculture experts and some agro-technique extension managers, achieving better service to the small holders and improving the agro-technique extension management finally. After a long time of hard work, we gain some experience and lessons that will be shared with you.

Abstract: There is a well-known conjecture on independent spanning trees (ISTs) on graphs: For any n-connected graph G with n≥1, there are n ISTs rooted at an arbitrary node on G. It still remains open for n≥5. We propose an integrated algorithm to construct n ISTs rooted at any node similar to 0 or 10n-1 on n-dimensional HCH cube for n≥1 and give the simulations of ISTs on several special BC networks, such as HCH cubes, crossed cubes, Möbius cubes, twisted cubes, etc.

Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed new socialist countryside (NSC) construction in Northwest Minorities regions of China as it was observed in rural social economic development since 2005. The analysis was conducted by means of an AHP-based Fuzzy Approach which builds a system analysis technique for multiple criteria decision making, and by four aspects: new farmers、developed agriculture、harmonious countryside and environment for minority populations. The result show that this evaluation index system has good reliability and environment for minority population needs to be paid special attention

Abstract: The Legendre spectral Galerkin method for Volterra integral equations of the second kind with a weakly singular kernel is proposed in this paper. We provide a rigorous error analysis for the proposed method, which indicates that the numerical errors (in the L2 -norm and the L∞ -norm ) will decay exponentially provided that the source function is sufficiently smooth. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.

Abstract: We calculated the properties of a single flexible polymer chain adsorbed onto a planar surface with two types of nodes, denoted by letters A and B by Monte Carlo methods. One A-type node contacting to the surface has an attractive interaction of strength E=-1. One node of B-type has no affinity for the surface, E= 0. The polymer chain is modeled as a self-avoiding walk of N steps started at the center of the flat surface on the cubic lattice. Statistical properties of the polymer chain are computed by using message passing libraries. We obtain linear speedup by parallel computing the independent samples.

Abstract: Parting direction selection and evaluation plays an important role in injection mold design. In order to select suitable parting direction, several criteria need to be taken into account including undercut feature, parting line complexity, draw depth, project area, and flatness. This paper proposes an extension of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) approach to support parting direction selection and evaluation process. In proposed approach, the rating of alternatives and important weight of criteria are expressed linguistic terms. We then develop the membership functions for the final fuzzy evaluation values of alternatives by the interval arithmetic of fuzzy numbers. Next, this paper uses the new left and right indices ranking approach to defuzzify the normalized weighted ratings into crisp values to determine the ranking order of alternatives. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability and efficiency of the proposed method.
