Data Processing Method for High-Speed Signal Acquisition Mode

Abstract:

The data processing of cutting force is the key and basis to study various parameters of high-speed milling. To be able to read and process data quickly and accurately, especially for amounts of data lines, the researchers developed a data processing software (DPP--Data Processing Program) in high-speed milling with the use of advanced object-oriented C # language and Matlab software interface technology. After introducing the DDP, the paper also summarized and analyzed the application strategies, which can provide evidence for data processing under similar conditions.
