The Electromechanical Dynamics Simulation of Complex Frequency Vibrating Screen with Two-Motor-Driving

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, the mechanical model of the complex frequency vibrating screen with two-motor-driving is established, and its dynamic equation is deduced base on Lagrange equation. Then the simulation model is established by Simulink. Its exciter is set up by the module of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine. Through running the simulation model, the simulation result of the complex frequency vibrating system with two-motor-driving is analyzed and the influence caused by varying the structural parameters on operating characteristics of vibrating system is discussed. The result of the study has important reference value to develop the dual-motor complex-frequency vibrating machinery.
