Abstract:

With the development of the economy and the growth of people, health problem become more and more important, and performance of the health care system need operate effectively. The paper evaluates the performance of health care system from effectiveness, equity, and efficiency. It compares four countries’ health care systems based on fuzzy reasoning method. The C-values of the health care system of Niger, China, Denmark and United States are 53.72, 22.87, 0 and 4.93. The result coincides with the fact very well. We use least squares method to get the predicted value of metrics and reevaluate the health care system and the predicted health system is better than the existing health care system.
