The Study of Supply Chain’s Symbiotic Relationship Based on CPFR - In Case of Food Industry

Abstract:

The operation objectives of supply chain’s symbiotic relationship has both economic and social benefits(Especially in the food industry). The "duality" determines that the supply chain management has positive externalities effect, not only to obtain maximum economic benefits. Based on CPFR theory and symbiosis theory, supply chain management mode provides a new model to solve such problem. First, this paper briefly summarized the CPFR theory and elaborated symbiotic relationship based on CPFR theory.Then, this paper made an empirical analysis through a typical case of food enterprise.Finally, this paper put forward some related notice points about the supply chain’s symbiotic relationship based on CPFR theory.
