Fuzzy AHP Applying in the Material Management of Construction Project

Abstract:

Strengthing the material management and controlling materials consumption as one of the most important means to control engineering cost, play a decisive impact on the profit and loss of construction enterprises. Factors affect materials management are complex, so that combined with conventional methods can not effectively improve the efficiency of material management. Introducing the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in construction project material management for this issue to calculate and analysis the specific gravity of the content that in construction project material management,and find out the main management contents, so as to improve the efficiency of material management.
