Abstract: Actual model of cubic hinge sleeve was established in Ansys. Strength of cubic hinge sleeve was calculated under high pressure load in realistic condition, which is based on practical processing, results of values of von Mises stress were obtained. It provides a theoretical basis for optimization and reliability design of cubic hinge sleeve. Possible factors which causes fracture of cubic hinge sleeve was analyzed preliminary.

Abstract: According to bonding strength weakening in SRM bonding structure, the decreases of elastic modulus in adhesive layer have been used to characterise the bonding strength weakening in adhesive layer. Ultrasonic propagation characteristics with bonding strength weakening in adhesive layer has been simulated. Based on analysing the relation between reflection coefficient and incident angle, the optimal test strategy has been put forward. According to test strategy, the experiment of ultrasonic oblique incidence has been done to test bonding strength weakening, the average energy of reflected wave from test points has been taken as signal property to characterise reflection coefficient. The results show that the energy of reflected wave can reflect the extent of bonding strength weakening, can effectively achieve quantitative test of strength weakening.

Abstract: A new chaotic attractor is reported with only five terms in three simple differential equations. The system is not only studied via theory analysis and numerical simulation, such as Lyapunov exponents, power spectrum and poincaré section and bifurcations diagrams, but also implemented via an electronic circuit designed by Multisim software

Abstract: The Green’s function of a right-angle plane including semi-cylindrical canyon while bearing out-of-plane harmonic line source load on horizontal interface have been considered using the methods of complex function and image. Firstly, the wave field of right-angle plane was imaged half space, the scattering wave field, which satisfies the free stress boundary conditions of the right-angle plane on the vertical interface could be constructed. Secondly, a series of infinite algebraic equations be obtained to settle this problem by considering the stress free boundary condition of semi-cylindrical canyon. Finally, some examples for ground motion of a right-angle plane were given and discussed. Numerical results show that displacement of the horizontal surface is influenced by right-angle free boundary.

Abstract: According to Nonlinear Fredholm differential and integral equation,it is proposed that the improved homotopy perturbation method is used to solve in this paper, and apply the numerical examples to compare the advantages among homotopy perturbation method, Adomian decomposition method and improved homotopy perturbation method . The results show that improved homotopy perturbation method is more effective.

Abstract: Oscillatory properties of all solutions for nonlinear impulsive hyperbolic equations with delays under the Robin boundary condition are discussed, several criteria are established by the mean method. The results extend the oscillation of impulsive differential equations to impulsive partial differential equations with delays.

Abstract: In this paper, the overall finite element model is established, to analyze the small-sized floating foundation of a tri-floater and to make a local optimization on the stress concentration area. The transfer functions and the response spectrums of wave load and motion of floating wind turbine system are calculated by AQWA. Besides the concept of the floating foundation group is put forward in this paper. It is small in structure, easy to assemble, and it can be developed for any power of wind field. This concept has a certain reference value for the development of offshore wind industry in China.

Abstract: Envelope analysis is the popular fault diagnosis method of rolling bearing. It can diagnosis rolling bearing fault, such as inner race fault and outer race fault. The traditional envelope analysis is set up on the measured acceleration signal. It is influenced by noise seriously, especially in bearing early fault stage. Research shows that the amplitude modulation phenomenon can be enlarged if the envelope analysis is done for the auto-correlation signal. Vibration test was done for a driving motor with fault rolling bearing. Factors influencing the effect of envelope analysis were analyzed.
