Research on the Significance, Measures and Steps of Constructing Knowledge Base of Regional Library in Poyang Lake

Abstract:

This paper elaborates knowledge base construction of Poyang Lake regional library from its background to its measures and steps of constructing it based on theory and application of knowledge base. From the integration of resources to promotion of cultural construction and economic development,the paper propose the organization strategies and special database of the knowledge base.Finally, the paper emphasizes on discussing selection strategies and service pattern of Poyang Lake regional library knowledge base.
