The Segmentation of Textile Printing Image Based on the Algorithm of JSEG

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper introduces a detecting approach about the textile printing precision based on machine vision. Firstly, the system uses the smart camera to capture the images, and then, the JSEG algorithm exploits the segmentation of textile printing image, obtaining the edge information of each region of the image. Finally, make a match for the standard segmented edge information, to obtain deviation area of the image, and calculate the deviation position. The experiment shows that the algorithm has a good color segmental effect on textile printing image, and it has a high detection accuracy.
