Abstract:

Faced with sharp inconsistent relationship between resource, environment and economy development, the extensive economic growth mode of high-energy consumption, high-pollution and high carbon-emission has not met the demand of low carbon-economy era. In light of the development of coal corporation and the needs of new times, the low-carbon operating and management mode which regards low-carbon innovation as the engine, regards low-carbon images as orientation, regards low-carbon management as support and regards low-carbon producing as core is designed and constructed.
