Abstract:

The paper introduces an intelligent maintenance and assessment simulation system for automotive air-conditioning. The system mainly includes the demonstration interfaces for working principle, refrigeration system, heating and gas distribution system, control system, assembling and disassembling training and assessment interface of compressor and clutch, and breakdown maintenance etc. Finally the faults simulation set up, description and repair instruction were introduced.
