Abstract: Through low–cycle repetitive loading experiment of a two-bay two-story lightweight steel frame, the paper studies pseudo dynamic test study of lighweight steel frame using column web post-buckling strength. It studies failure pattern, hysteresis property, energy mechanism, energy dissipation and rigidity degeneration of lighweight steel frame under seismic load. The results show lighweight steel frame have good aseismatic property and good energy dissipation at node domain.

Abstract: Green construction is a relative concept. For different countries and regions, according to the social economic, technical level, plan specific contents of technical innovation and the corresponding technical, economic indicators, in order to guide the development of the green construction. This paper expounds the connotation of green construction, the necessity of developing green construction, and probes into the construction of green in building engineering construction principle, carry out countermeasures and suggestions about how to put forward and speed up the construction of carrying out green in the construction engineering.

Abstract: Green construction is a relative concept, development, become the subject of the relevant departments of the State and enterprises need to seriously consider building green construction to carry out construction work in sustainable development boom. Abstract: This paper is aimed at making some reviews on the research actuality and prospect of the prefabricated concrete shear wall structure, including its advantages and disadvantages, seismic behavior, calculating model, node connectivity and design method. These provide a rare reference to researches and applications of the precast-fabricated shear wall structure which coincides with our national conditions.

Abstract: Corrosion attacks steel buildings mainly when the connections wait for welding on site. In the companion paper, the effects were investigated by a series of weld tests. The results show that the surface rust may increase the level of porosity in steel welds, reducing the strength by 5% on average. This paper made a case study, further investigating the effects together with those of workmanship. The seismic risk of the example building has been assessed and compared in detail for acceptable and marginal quality workmanship. The results obtained from the above studies will help develop more sound strategies in construction management and building renovation.

Abstract: Aiming at masonry structure housing, establish the structure reliability evaluation index system. Subsidiary factors index dimensionless processing, the traditional matter-element model is analyzed, and based on this, the article puts forward an improved correlation functions, establish correlation function of the correlation factors of the index layer. Consider the weight coefficients of members,gave the extension index,combining analysis of the structural member reliability and extension comprehensive evaluation of the integral structural reliability, establish the masonry structure housing reliability assessment method framework. And prove the feasibility of this method through engineering examples.

Abstract: The paper uses a new energy-saving and environment-protecting road material. On the basis of comparative analysis with the road all performance of hot mix asphalt SBS modified asphalt mixture, focuses on the compaction property at the new material lower construction temperature. The results show that the energy-saving and environment-protecting road material can effectively guarantee the performance of asphalt mixture and asphalt pavement after construction temperature is lower 30°C, forming a stable compaction interval and extend the construction time. Also can reduce the emissions of harmful gases on asphalt mixing and construction process, to save energy and protect environment.

Abstract: A building energy audit was developed through a case study on the science building at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). The annual energy consumption of the building was surveyed over a two year period. The building energy consumption characteristics were displayed and the corresponding energy saving potential was analyzed. Additionally, an energy saving methods is proposed based on the characteristics of the target building.

Abstract: Research the sustainability of large-scale public building, select key performance indicators (KPIs) and present a comprehensive assessment method. The sustainability assessment system and weight of all levels of indicator are established based on the method of which combine the Questionnaire with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the assessment matrix are established according to the principle of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) in order to the further assessment. The example of application is given and the results are conformed to reality. The results show that this method is feasible and it can assess the sustainability of large-scale public building accurately and efficiently.

Abstract: The article employs the subgrade-reaction theory, leading-out the buckling stability equation of the pile with gravitational stress and frictional resistance which’s top bomb embedded but bottom fixed,and provide the solution ,by using the minimum potential principle.And to consider the pile gravitational stress factors on the influence of the pile buckling load in different embedment ratio cases.
