Abstract: With the construction of smart grid, an increasing number of resources of smart grid knowledge base inevitably lead to the information island of power system and low utilization ratio of power system knowledge. Introduced the ontology for knowledge representation of Smart Grid domain and constructed a repository to be shared by each application software system. It can enhance the power system simulation and analysis capabilities of the complex state of the Smart Grid. At present, Smart Grid lacks of researches on knowledge applications based on ontology technology. This paper introduces some typical applications based on ontology, elaborates the application status of the ontology in power system. According to the ontology technology applied to typical domains, it looks forward to the direction of ontology-based applications in power system.

Abstract: With the expansion of the scale of power grid, the research of the application technology of the internet of things in power grid becomes more and more pressing. Based on the concept of " the internet of things ",this paper combined the internet of things technologies with resource management, taking on the research of the electric power communication network resources life cycle management system based on the internet of things. This paper introduced the functions of the system structure and design principles, presents system hardware and software architecture, and probed into the method and key technology of EPC reading and writing and database synchronous on the system platform. Based on the method, realizes the effective combination of the internet of things and electric power communication resources management, improving the automation and intelligent level of the electric power communication resources life cycle management. Finally, the specific application example of a power company shows the feasibility and practicability of the system platform.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economic, environmental pollution, energy shortages and other issues become increasingly prominent. Relying solely on the power construction is difficult to meet the country's rapidly increasing demand for electricity. Energy conservation, rational and efficient use of energy is the effective initiatives to protect the environment and ease the energy shortage. Efficiency Power Plant (EPP) can improve the energy utilization efficiency of the whole society. It is the most new energy-saving mode, many issues need to coordinate and handle during its implementation. Benefit sharing is a key prerequisite for enterprise to implement the EPP. In this paper, we integrate all aspects of EPP’s risk factors during its implementation to build a benefit sharing model of Efficiency Power Plant. And prove the feasibility and accuracy.

Abstract: With the development of electric vehicle industry, it is necessary to construct more electric vehicle charging stations to promote the popularization of electric vehicles. As photovoltaic generation owns flexible installing, convenient power supplying, and environmental protecting characteristics, it is suitable for providing power for electric vehicle charging stations and reducing a network loads. After analyzed electric vehicle charging demand, this paper proposed the designing concept of the electric system for the photovoltaic generation mix charging station, which was based on the battery charging and discharging characteristics as well as its usage. Then, the paper provided a selection of electric equipments for the charging station and an electric wiring diagram after designing the electric system. This study and design may help for promoting construction of electric vehicle charging stations, and development and popularization of electric vehicles.

Abstract: China's needs of energy increased dramatically in these years. In China, Electrical energy are mainly generated by thermal power plants that use coal as fuel, thus electricity supply are linked to the power fuel (coals) storage of power plants. Henan has been changed form an energy exporter province to an energy importer province. Therefore, the fuel storage and supply of power plants are keys to the security of the province's social development, economics and energy supply. Research the margin of power fuel storage and supply can help the policy makers to learn the security conditions and trends of electricity production microscopically, reducing the risks in the power production process, and improving the efficiency of production and the efficiency of energy. Environmental and economic issues brought by the excessive storage can be reduced. This article describes the ideas and development of early warning system for power fuel storage and supply margin of Henan province.

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the development of constructing Pumped Storage Power Plant(‘PSP’ for short) and discusses the income form of PSP’s gained subject as well as the existing problems. Meanwhile, the modes of investment management and value compensation and the corresponding differences are also analysed. According to the principle of ‘responsibility for individuals and revenue sharing’, the related mathematical model is developed in this paper, and the ‘quota system’ mode of investment management and value compensation in China is also proposed. The mode is beneficial to the reform of investment and construction system, and can provide fresh energy to the development of construction of PSP in China.

Abstract: It is the foundation for evaluating the reliability of transmission lines to obtain and analyze the original reliability parameters. However, these parameters depend on long- term statistic and calculation. In the case of lacking such parameters in a new project , this paper proposes a method of Principal Component Analysis to obtain the principal component of the impacting factors ,in which various factors affecting reliability parameters are taken into account. Through this method, we can use PCR to obtain the failure rate of the unknown transmission lines on the base of the known credible lines’ rates. The simulation results show that the proposed approach possesses higher forecasting accuracy and provides references for the power system dispatching departments and transmission lines maintenance departments.

Abstract: In power system planning and operation, accurate assessment of overhead lines outage rate is essential for making timely decisions. The overhead lines are often influenced by many random events, such as accidents and weather conditions, resulting in power outages. Especially, the reliability of the overhead lines is subjected to weather conditions to a great extent[9]. At present, research about weather conditions dependent reliability is abundant, but many of them are based on synthetical weather, little of them base on specific weather conditions such as typhoon and thunder .This paper proposed outage model of overhead lines dependent upon typhoon an thunder. In power system planning and operation, accurate assessment of failure rate is essential for making informed decisions, The outage model proposed in this paper has significant meaning for the research of risk assessment of power systems.

Abstract: It indicates problems existing in ZB series substations of current power supply system at port, such as large size and improper structural design, poor power supply security and unsuitability to environment of the port, etc. It proposes solutions to improve the structure, security of box-type substation and environmental suitability, etc, which can solve the problems existing in current port power supply system.

Abstract: Deaerator system was one of major components in nuclear power station, and the deaerator water level control was important for safe and stable operation of the nuclear power station. The deaeration system was difficult multi variables process system, which was strong coupling between water-level and pressure. In this paper, a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller was designed based on PID control and fuzzy control theory, which instead of PID controller to control deaerator water-level. Simulation based on Simulink, simulation results showed that the overshoot was 40% by using traditional PID controller, while the overshoot was 12% by using self-tuning fuzzy PID controller. On the other hand, a fuzzy decoupling control scheme was designed to solve the problem of strong coupling between water-level and pressure. Simulation based on Simulink, simulation results showed that the adaptive fuzzy PID decoupling control could get quicker response, overshoot and regulation time was shorter.
