Abstract: As the participants of environmental protection and the major takers of environmental risk, women have special needs, function and values, which makes them become the main force in the environmental construction. However, in the current environment construction in China, women haven’t played a proper role. This paper thoroughly analyzes the impact factors of female environmental responsible behavior forming.

Abstract: In marine and coastal environments, commercial shipping ballast water is considered to be the most relevant transfer vector of invasions world wide. There are many uncertainties in the management of invasive species. Consideration of the uncertainties is crucial for the determination of the most appropriate management strategies to address this highly variable problem. The traditional risk management has many limitations by administrative complexness and important uncertainties. In order to make risk management more effective, this paper discuss that how to apply the precautionary principle in the risk management of invasive species.

Abstract: The research and development situation of environmental governance in the past thirty years may be intuitively acquired with the co-word analysis in the interdisciplinary environmental law. This paper analyzes the research focus and transformation situation of China’s environment governance and law by searching related papers with the subject words “environmental law” in Chinese Journal Full-text Database. The co-word analysis results show environmental law research showed five main knowledge focuses, such as international environmental law, sustainable development, environmental right, participation, and environment conservation. And according to the co-word analysis, environmental law research may be divided into four stages: foundation, prosperity, from theory to practice transformation, and challenge stage of environmental law response to new environment problems. By analysis of the research focus, we can know China’s researchers in the environmental governance policy or law should strengthen the scientific, pertinence and prospective characteristics of environmental law research, make interdisciplinary and comprehensive study combined with China long-term science and technology development.

Abstract: The selection of global climate partners and the establishment of global climate partnership touch vital interests all over the world. Under the global climate game, the cooperation and confrontation behavior among contracting parties is analyzed in the course of establishment of global climate partnership. Taken as a whole, the complex game process of the establishment of global climate partnership is submitted to analysis according to game theory. In the meantime, a partner selection model of climate cooperative partnership is built and some phenomena of the benefit struggles are explained in detail and policy and suggestion are drawn.

Abstract: Environmental flow is a key factor to protect river ecological system, however, there is no international agreement concerned with environmental flows exclusively so far. This paper demonstrated the importance and urgency of environment water demand in the world and presented summary and analysis of environmental flows legislation and regulations. Europe and other countries have been investigated and compared systematically. At last, specialized legislative proposals were provided for protection of aquatic ecosystems and their environment in China.

Abstract: People use plastic film mulching to increase soil temperature, keep water and protect crops from insects and grass, therefore, which increased crop yield. However, with the film used years increasing, a lot of film residuals accumulated in the field. As a result, the increasing residuals destroyed soil structure, affected agricultural environment, harmed the crop growth, and furthermore, affected the food safety and human health. So, government should strengthen environmental publicity to improve the understanding of the film pollution, work out the residual film management laws and regulations, develop the recycling economy to reuse the residuals, and research biodegradable films and other ways to prevent agricultural environment from pollution.

Abstract: During the past 200 years, approximately one-half of the carbon dioxide from human activities is being taken up by the oceans. The uptake of carbon dioxide has led to a reduction of the pH value of surface seawater of 0.1 units, equivalent to a 30% increase in the concentration of hydrogen ions. If global emission of carbon dioxide from human activities continues to rise at the current rates, the average pH value of the oceans could fall by 0.5 units by the year 2100. This was equivalent to a three fold increase in the concentration of hydrogen ions. Global ocean acidification has become one of the most threatening disasters to the ocean ecosystem and has been attached great importance by the countries adjacent to oceans and the related international organizations in the world. In this paper the current situation and development of ocean acidification and the impacts of ocean acidification are described. It also summarizes the latest research achievements of ocean acidification and the ocean acidification studies in such countries as US, Europe, Japan, Australia, the Republic of Korea, and China, etc.

Abstract: After years of research and experiments, the Japanese scholars have improved the automatic buoy system. The tracing accuracy has been greatly improved because the tracing error of the automatic buoy can be automatically corrected. But it is difficult for the automatic buoy to become a standard configuration for the offshore structures of oil storage and transportation because of complex technology and high price. In this paper, a multi-buoys system is founded to trace the oil spill. The system reliability of oil spill tracing is greatly improved.

Abstract: The consumers’ green purchasing decision is the process of matching their own needs and the attributes of the products. Conjoint analysis was used to analyze how the attributes such as the brand, the price, the raw materials, the environmental certification and the fluorescent additives of the rolling paper affect its purchase on the basis of the data from a survey among the consumers in Changsha. The study measured the relative importance of each attribute to the consumers’ decisions and the utilities of the levels of the attributes to consumers. Results showed that the differences of the consumers’ preference can provide strong basis for product management of the corporation.

Abstract: From the traditional economics’ perspective, the major cause of resources exhaustion is positive discount rate policy. Based on the “economic man” hypothesis, this policy departs from sustainable development for its ignorance of inter-generation equity. In order to realize sustainable exploitation of resources, we should stick to inter-generation equity and sustainable development as our principle. Howarth model and Synthetic efficiency sustainability model provide the thoughts of “efficiency on the premise of sustainability” and “sustainability on the premise of efficiency” respectively.
