Abstract:

Aimed at the characteristics in development of auto parts enterprises' production, the evaluation index system is built from design flexibility, patent strategy ability and project management capacity during production development, the evaluation methodology of BP neural network technology for technology innovation capability during development of auto parts enterprises’ production is used. The evaluation methodology is verified by taking the Automobile steering device company for example.
