Abstract: In order to solve the problem that electromagnetic induction widely used now is just suited to short distance transmission, and study on the transmission characteristics of wireless power transmission system based on magnetic resonant coupling, a novel method that the two separate-coupling coils achieve wireless power and information synchronous transmission is proposed. The basic theory of wireless power transmission and information system is introduced. The condition that resonant frequency splitting phenomenon is produced of a contact-less power transmission system has been deduced, and it depend on the length of distance between the two coils. The principle prototype of transmission system is designed, and transmission characteristics of the system are analyzed by simulation and experiment. Based on circuit formulation, maximum efficiency is found to exist. The results show that the method of wireless power and information synchronous transmission system is in agreement with theoretical analysis.

Abstract: This paper describes a new adaptive filtering approach for nonlinear systems with additive noise. Based on Square-Root Unscented Kalman Filter (SRUKF), the traditional Maybeck’s estimator is modified and extended to the nonlinear systems, the estimation of square root of the process noise covariance matrix Q or measurement noise covariance matrix R is obtained straightforwardly. Then the positive semi-definiteness of Q or R is guaranteed, some shortcomings of traditional Maybeck’s algorithm are overcome, so the stability and accuracy of the filter is improved greatly.

Abstract: We introduce a class of stochastic capital system with Marvokian switching and Poisson jumps, establish necessary condition for near-optimality. The proof of the main results is based on Ito's formula, Ekeland's variational principle and some estimates on the state and the adjoint process with respect to the control variable.

Abstract: Along with the seismic exploration extends to the mountain, the geological surface conditions of construction work area will become more and more complex, the construction will become very difficult. All of this requires the supervision department to detect construction observing system reasonable and the quality of construction at any time, in particular, the number of actual coverage can not be less than two-thirds of the design. For single survey line we can easily calculate the number of bin covering, but it related to the case of superimposed cover of different measuring line with the increase in the measuring line. On each bin element we have to traverse all of other measuring line in the work area database to determine whether there is overlap, so this operation is very time consuming. In this paper, we improved the search algorithm, at the same time the GPU parallel processing is introduced into the calculation. Because of the increased computational parallel, the time to generate the entire work area cover time’s image is shortened significantly.

Abstract: On account of the problem that traditional pipe leakage diagnosis method is not highly accuracy .this paper come up with a method that based on pipe leakage diagnosis method of neural network information fusion. Giving the stress wave time domain feature extraction index data algorithm and wavelet packet extraction each the frequency band energy algorithm, by comparing with these results of the pressure wave time domain feature index data, time-frequency extraction energy values and fault diagnosis of both information fusion ,which show the neural network information fusion method that is used for pipe leakage diagnosis that is feasible and effective.

Abstract: The construction engineering of smart grid is the key plan for the electricity grid development of China. To build a strong smart grid has been the main goal for the development of regional grid, thus, it is of great significance to study on the smartness level of regional grid. This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the regional grid development level; analyzes from aspects of safety, economy, quality, and efficiency. A hierarchical optimized combination evaluation model is proposed, and its progressiveness and applicability are verified. The study provides theoretical basis and practical evidence for judging the development level of regional smart grid construction of China from an overall and multi-angle perspective.

Abstract: Evolutionary algorithms (EAs) are population-based global search methods. Memetic Algorithms (MAs) are hybrid EAs that combine genetic operators with local search methods. With global exploration and local exploitation in search space, MAs are capable of obtaining more high-quality solutions. On the other hand, mixed-integer hybrid differential evolution (MIHDE), as an EA-based search algorithm, has been successfully applied to many mixed-integer optimization problems. In this paper, a mixed-integer memetic algorithm based on MIHDE is developed for solving mixed-integer constrained optimization problems. The proposed algorithm is implemented and applied to the optimal design of batch processes. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can find a better optimal solution compared with some other search algorithms.

Abstract: Because of the abominable working environment caused by the strong defense capability of hard target, such as high speed, high overload, high pressure, high temperature, dust debris and so on, it is difficult to obtain reliably the testing data during penetration of ammunition. Aimed at this problem, a testing method is put forward, which can deliver penetrating data in real-time using a flexible connecting cable to ensure the smooth data transmission channel. And its key techniques, including unlatching and releasing technique, flexible connecting technique, data recording/transmitting technique, are analyzed. The study will provide a practical and effective testing means for experiments of the penetration ammunition.

Abstract: The reasonable definitions of samples and their feature weights in weighted fuzzy clustering algorithm based on the thought of normalization and each computational formula are presented. Banding together with computational formulas of samples and their feature weights which derived in weighted FCM, we can get the regions of sample’s weight parameter() and sample feature’s weight parameter(). Then divide the regions into intervals, point out the clustering situations in different intervals and how changing of and affect the clustering result and the choice of feature.Try to explore the relationship between weightd parameter(、) and fuzzy constant(m). Finally, test result demonstrates the validity of the regions of parameter and its partition.

Abstract: How to get the most optimal solution of equipment layout in the aircraft cabin of the limited space is a completely NP problem. The problem is abstracted as three dimensions (3D) layout problem. A co-evolutionary particle swarm optimization with heuristic rules is presented. The cabin is decomposed into several small-scale layout problems. The co-evolutionary framework is adopted, and particle swarm optimization (PSO) and heuristic roles for layout are integrated to solve this problem. Finally, an example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
