Recently software area has changing their using method from traditional ways to providing their process as a service. That is web service based SaaS in cloud computing. In this research, we consider the framework to process web service on SaaS, cloud computing environment. For this process, the framework has service search agent, service management mediator, UDDI server and web service inform.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the RT-Thread and Cortex-M3, show the superiority of the combination of the two. On the study of RT-Thread and Cortex-M3 system structure and characteristics, RT-Thread is ported to the Cortex-M3 Skillfully. The PendSV exception of Cortex-M3 which can automatic saves part of the registers is used in the process of context switching to reduce the time of thread context switching, and improve the real-time property. This can be as a state-of-the-art design architecture used in intelligent instrument. The system is stable in the practical test, and possessed of popularization and application value.

Abstract: In order to realize the characteristics of the positioning stage, the system identification has been developed. The location data has been interpolated and normalized so as to improve the accuracy of system identification. After data preprocessing, the identification based on ARX model and the least square method has been carried out. The results indicate that the ARX model is appropriate to describe the characteristics of positioning system.

Abstract: A new model based on multi-scale asperities is established in order to accurately describe flat profile error. After measuring the surface, surface points are projected to each cross-section according to three-dimensional coordinates. Graham’s Scan algorithm is used to search border points of each data set. Then minimum circum-circle is calculated and optimized. Asperity’s radius of curvature and coordinates is calculated by relationship of circle radius and section’s interval. In the assembly process, it is primarily that the peaks on surface actually contact. The contact error plane equation is determined by three asperities which can stability support the other part, so three proper asperities should be searched out firstly. Finally, experimental results show that this model can be applied to calculated contact error.

Abstract: By using the fluid network installed flow control valves as the research object, we establish fluid network system resistance model and calculate the hydraulic balance optimal operation by using the linear programming optimization method and characteristic curve fitting of pump. In a specially designed structure of the experimental platform, the feasibility and accuracy of hydraulic balance are tested and verified. Calculation and experimental results show that fluid network system is optimized by the linear programming. The flow control valve combined with pump frequency conversion technology have good effect on energy saving.

Abstract: Cloud computing is a new paradigm for delivery of applications, platforms, or computing resources (processing power/bandwidth/storage) to customers in a “pay-as-you-go-model”. It can be categorized Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (PaaS). Especially, SaaS is a potential segment and have many advantages such as investment reduction, performance improvement, time saving, easier collaboration, global accessibility, and so on. However, in spite of these importance and advantages, there are few researches about identification for the quality and making quality attributes for SaaS in cloud computing. In this paper, we propose identification of quality attributes for QoS of SaaS in cloud computing. In order to construct their quality’s attributes fitting on SaaS characteristics, we extract their attributes from ISO/IEC 9126 and design the QoS model for SaaS.

Abstract: Virtual maintenance training is playing a more and more important role in aircraft equipment maintenance training. But there are usually some questions such as long period and high cost in the process of virtual maintenance development. It is an effective method to solve above problems by Ngrain during the process of virtual maintenance development. This paper introduces the process of virtual maintenance application development based on Ngrain, and analyses advantages of the software in development. In the end, this paper discusses the key technology and evaluates the method by a case of aircraft virtual maintenance software development.

Abstract: Simulation test system of CCD signal processor based on FPGA is proposed. Field-programmable gate array (FPGA) is applied as control processing core and used in the aerospace upgrade screening of industrial grade signal processor. The system functional composition and working principle were introduced in detail. Actually evaluation and testing system was completed with integrating the forty signal processor in a single board. The system has been successfully applied in the dynamic build-in screening test of industrial grade signal processor XRD98L63, the system work stably and reliability. Test result is zero on the nonconforming product rate, satisfying the qualification that single batch screening nonconforming rate is less than 5%, build-in screening of industrial grade components for the space load applications is implemented.

Abstract: Supplying chain management is nowadays the theoretical basis of operating an enterprise and the basic management method. Supplying chain management actually is new rising horizontal integration management concept. This article, in the background of the industry characteristic of modern mechatronic manufacturing enterprises, and also with the combination of the general management train of thought and author’s practice, expounds the general laws and methods of the supplier management of the mechatronic manufacturing enterprises under the environment of the supplying chain management, and have had deep analysis of the common problems of the supplier management of the mechatronic manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the application of fuzzy logic-based Taguchi method for multi-objective optimization in compliant flapper mechanism. The input parameters such as input torque and crank angular are optimized with considerations of the multiple performance measures as angular displacement and stress of flexible segment. The results revealed that the input torque at level 1 of 2 Nm and crank angular at level 2 of 90 degree are favorable parameters for compliant flapper mechanism. Based on anglysis of variance (ANOVA), the result shown that input torque is the most significant with percent contribution of 89%.
