Abstract:

Supplying chain management is nowadays the theoretical basis of operating an enterprise and the basic management method. Supplying chain management actually is new rising horizontal integration management concept. This article, in the background of the industry characteristic of modern mechatronic manufacturing enterprises, and also with the combination of the general management train of thought and author’s practice, expounds the general laws and methods of the supplier management of the mechatronic manufacturing enterprises under the environment of the supplying chain management, and have had deep analysis of the common problems of the supplier management of the mechatronic manufacturing enterprises.
