A Model for Representation and Reasoning of Topological Relations between a Concave Region and a Simple Broad Boundary Region

According to the property of the 16 - intersection model and the definition of broad boundary region, we provide a method of semi-automatic expression to represent the topological relations between a concave region and a simple broad boundary region. Give the algorithm and specific constraints and thus 67 topological relations are derived. The topological relations of the semi-automatic expression are proved to be exclusive and complete. The semi-automatic expression provides a new idea for the research of topological relations representation.
