Assessment of Statistical Signification of Factors by Machining Inhomogeneous Materials – WPC

Article Preview

Abstract:

The articles deals with the problem of the evaluation of the input parameters influence on the output variables after the machining of the heterogeneous materials. During the turning, the change of the cutting speed, feed (at the invariable depth of the cut) and their mutual interaction has an influence on the final micro-geometric characteristics of the machined area (Rz – maximum roughness depth, Ra – roughness average). The evaluation of the influence (statistical significance) of these set variables is possible to perform via the analytical device tool (Analysis Of VAriance) – two way with replication.
