The Optimal Utility of Increasing the Integration Test Coverage Based on Multiple Attributive Decision Making (MADM)

Article Preview

Abstract:

With the increase of softwares scale and complexity, peoples awareness of software quality guarantee gradually become stronger. The software engineering is faced with the practical problems of how to conduct softwares test, optimize the test, select the test act and increase the test effect. With multidimensional indexes of the test coverage, this study puts out an optimizing act which uses integration test coverage, test coverage satisfaction rate and test efficiency as the utility properties. The multiple attributive decision-making act of selection algorithm is used to measure the optimal act, reducing the dependency of subjective experience in testing, providing a rational and effective instruction for test.
