Abstract:

In this paper, we use the knowledge of semiconductor refrigeration, developed a small temperature-constant box, which can meet the need of biological agents and storage conditions, and suitable for medical biological agents reaction experiment equipment line, to guarantee the reaction activity of biological agents in daily preserving and experimental. It can be embedded into test line, and has the advantages such as small size, high precision temperature control, easy to adjust, can two-way control temperature, no refrigerant, and no pollution-free. This paper introduces the design of the basic temperature-constant box structure, working principle, function realization and the actual realizing process. After inspection, the temperature-constant box produced for experiment can meet the requirements of the assembly line; its advantage is outstanding, suitable for the actual use of assembly line.
