The impact of the facilities function is analyzed after the source of the imported equipment is converted form threephase 60HZ 400V(threephase 60HZ 220V) to threephase 50HZ 380V,A method which contains the fusion of machinery and electricity is discovered to protect the function of technology and productivity ,and to cut the cost of the converted electricity.
