Study on the Corrosion Mechanism and Repair Welding Technology of Ship's Seawater Filter

Abstract:

Intergranular corrosion is a severe damage form of austenitic stainless steel weld joint. Through cognizing the intergranular corrosion mechanism and affecting factors, the related welding technological measures such as small current, fast welding speed, narrow-gap welding, multi-channel welding, and fast cooling are taken in welding and also a good result has been achieved after practical application.
