Abstract:

There are many problems on informationization construction in the small and medium-sized enterprise, how to deal with, it is must be considered and solved to promote enterprise informationization construction. Through analyzing the problems in small and medium-sized enterprise informationization, the paper discusses the informationization construction countermeasures, especially the importance of informationization talent for SME and the selection of informationization talent.
