Research of Body Material on Sensor of Detecting Micro Torque

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on the design of computer monitoring system detecting drilling fluid performance parameters, the body material of micro-torque sensor was analyzed and researched. In view of the existing torque sensor measuring large torque, the micro torque didnt apply to be detected. Therefore, the specialized micro-torque sensor was designed for the sensor of detecting micro torque in this system. The main work included identification of the micro torque monitoring program, and the material selection of sensing element. Among them, the selection of the material for the body is the focus of the study. Through theoretical analysis and calculations, combined with experiment, the sensor of detecting micro torque can ensure that rheological properties measurement system for drilling fluid can be working stably for a long term.
