Analysis on Construction Delay of Suburban Roads

Abstract:

As one of large engineering projects, suburban roads plays an important role in urban construction, however, there exists a great many risks in the entire constructing process, which restrict the course of the project in varying degrees. It may cause the construction delay, property loss, and even leave serious quality problems if handled improperly. This paper analyzes the reason of suburban roads construction delay from three aspects which are owner, construction and supervision units, and give some corresponding countermeasures for reference.
