The Research of China Made DCS Application on Supercritical and Ultra Supercritical Units of Guohua Electric Company

Abstract:

Guohua electric company use domestic DCS and optimizing control software in four power plants: Taishan,Xuzhou,Chenjiagang and Hulunbeier, there are 2 supercritical uints and 6 ultra supercritical units. During the research, Guohua company help DCS companies to increase quality and lower the risk by compiling and carrying out DCS Factory acceptance standard, Technical guide for logical review of DCS,DCS emergency pre-arranged planning,training I&C staff by virtual DCS simulation machine.The result of above 4 power plants shows that China made DCS could be successfully operation on 1000MW and 600MW ultra supercritical and .supercritical units.
