Research on the Automatic Detection System of Vehicle Condition Based on DSP

Article Preview

Abstract:

A real time automatic detection system of the vehicle condition with the vehicles speed, mileage, oil quantity, water level and other status parameters was realized. In the system, digital signal processor (DSP) is used as main control chip. Hall sensors are used to detect vehicles speed and mileage. The capacitive sensors are used to test water level and oil quantity of vehicle. The data obtained by sensors are stored in a large capacity of serial FLASH memory, and displayed on the LCD in real time. These data would be uploaded to the upper computer from DSP through RS232 serial interface, so as to achieve the automatic detection, display and storage of vehicle condition parameters. The system has strong practicality.
