From the perspective of optimization of high-speed milling process, this paper has described the programming strategies of the mold high speed machining, including appropriate method of selection of high-speed machining, tool cut-in, cut-out and the control of the way of tool shifting. Taking mold cavity as the bottles as processing objects, it has discussed the quality and efficiency of processing of the mold angle which encountered frequently in processing. And it has developed the strategies of processing and set the parameters, then completed the programming of high-speed processing.
