Abstract:

The paper presented, aimed at addressing hospital ophthalmic beds arranged unreasonable, integrated use of the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy mathematical analysis, queuing theory, priority function, dynamic analysis mathematical analysis methods, and provide a package to improve hospital beds use efficiency, reduce patient surgery waiting time, predict a patient's hospital stay, and enhance the effectiveness of the management of hospital beds mathematical model to solve the reasonable arrangements beds.
