Rapid Treatment Technique of Diseases of the Rocking Axle Bearing of Railway Simply Supported Beam Bridge

Abstract:

The bearing is the important part that connects the superstructure and substructure of bridge, in which diseases occur affects the running safety. In this paper, take the diseases of the rocking axle bearing of railway prestressed concrete T-beam bridge as the backing, the special equipment of backing plate of the bearing bottom plate is produced by one's own master development. The technical scheme of rectification and uplift of the bearing during maintaining sky-light of the operating line is researched. Rapid treatment technique of inclined bearing and track irregularity caused by settlement of the bridge foundation is proposed. The research can be used for reference for similar bearing diseases regulation projects.
