Abstract:

Townhouse would be the ideal human-habitation form in modern cities of China under the background of tight supply of urban lands. In combination with dozen of Townhouse project design practices, this paper will focus on the French, British, Spanish, Modern, Chinese and other styles mostly adopted in existing Townhouse projects, and will elaborate the design essentials of China’s Townhouse development projects.
