Abstract:

Strategic resources can promote urban development (especially urban new district) greatly, taking Dalian Airport district planning as an example, analyzing the pulling function of 4 type regional strategic resources for regional development, then, scientific layout and reasonable plan, finally, it being a New sea coast region of industry and city fusion, harmony between people and nature.
